POWERED CI runs a distribution network in Côte d'Ivoire. Every day, an operator paid commissions to ~200 distributors manually — copy-pasting phone numbers and amounts into the Orange Money USSD interface, screen by screen. Two hours, three retries, one bad week.

Make the bridge the product.

We built a Flutter app (MVVM). Scripted USSD sessions drive the operator-side gateway as if it were a payments API. The app validates, batches, retries — the way humans wished they could.

• One screen: roster + amount + go.
• Idempotent batch with per-line retry and signed receipts.
• Automatic reconciliation from operator SMS confirmations.
• Offline-first: store and flush messages when signal returns.
